Dyggve-Melchior-Clausen disease (DMC) is an
autosomal recessive rare skeletal disorder.
Clinically, it is characterised by progressive
dwarfism with short trunk, protruding sternum,
rhizomelic limb shortening, postnatal microcephaly
with facial dysmorphism, coarse face and
intellectual disability varying from moderate to
severe.
