New business plan for 2019 – 2020
We have published our new business plan for the current financial year. This sets out how we will deliver our strategic vision of high quality care for everyone affected by fertility treatment. This business plan represents the third and final year of our 2017 - 2020 strategy. The activities listed in the plan represent the work needed to complete our strategy and deliver our strategic objectives.
Our focus will be to embed changes and build on the work done in previous years, encouraging clinics to strive for excellence in leadership and patient support and provide the best possible outcomes for patients.
During the year we will be composing our next strategy and will aim to publish this in the first few months of 2020.
